General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1bdt platform (https://1bdt.lat) and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the 1bdt platform.

1bdt is an online betting and casino platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. We offer sports betting, live casino, slot games, and a variety of gaming experiences.

Reading our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines alongside these Terms is also considered mandatory. Together, all these documents form the complete legal basis of the relationship between you and 1bdt.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on the 1bdt platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must participate on the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Anyone whose account has previously been suspended or cancelled may not open a new account.

1bdt reserves the right to verify age. If a member provides false age-related information, their account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on 1bdt, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If any of the provided information changes, you must promptly notify our support team.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

1bdt reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If the required documents for identity verification (such as a national ID card or passport) are not submitted on time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 1bdt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the related bonus conditions have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Deposited funds are generally non-refundable unless an incorrect transaction occurred due to a technical error on 1bdt's part. In such cases, please contact the support team.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1bdt offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: ৳18,000 deposited → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = after wagering a total of ৳20,000, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms and conditions.
• A bonus can be received only once; taking repeated advantage from the same account, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• 1bdt reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account may be subject to investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All gaming on the 1bdt platform is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that every outcome is completely unbiased.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain specific cases).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be declared void and the funds will be returned.
• Odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• In any betting dispute, 1bdt's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

For live casino, slots, and other games, the game provider's own rules also apply. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 1bdt will verify server logs to determine the correct result.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1bdt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or false information.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Placing bets or making transactions artificially to exploit the promotions system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
• Contacting the support team using abusive or threatening language.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Privacy & Data Protection

1bdt treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. All data is secured using SSL encryption technology.

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

1bdt always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, 1bdt's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• If loss occurs due to issues with a third-party payment gateway or game provider.
• If the service is suspended due to Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
• If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence.

1bdt will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is always limited to the actual funds held in your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request permanent closure of your account. Any pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at 1bdt's Initiative

1bdt reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the member is involved in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 7.
• If false information is provided.
• If the age requirement is violated.
• If the bonus or promotions system is misused.
• If there is suspicion of financial irregularity or fraud.

Terms & Conditions Changes

1bdt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes.
